Another super simple Popsicle. For this one I used Peanut Butter Powder, it is lower in fat and calories then regular Peanut Butter. If you don’t have this on hand you could use whatever nut butter you would like. I also used frozen bananas, I just don’t think that fresh would add the same creaminess that the frozen fruit does.
Place both ingredients into a blender with about 1-1.5 cup pr almond or skim milk. Blend away and pour into popsicle containers to freeze. If you are in the mood some peanut butter cookie pieces (like Nutter Butters) would also work nicely in these. Enjoy!
